Julia’s path as a Meditation Teacher and Mental Health Coach is profoundly anchored in over 15 years of studying and training in Zen Buddhism, Mindfulness, Mental Health, Nonduality and Philosophy.
Overcoming severe anxiety and depression, she found lasting peace through meditation during her monastic life in a Zen temple.
She began practicing Zen with รdรกm Papp (Dok Hae Sunim) in 2015 and now shares the wisdom and practices she has cultivated. Julia maintains a dedicated Zen practice and travels regularly to practice with รdรกm together with her husband, Harri.
Julia also trained at Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, UK and holds a master’s degree in Philosophy.

Harri’s path as a Mindfulness Teacher began with a series of intense life challenges that shattered his core identity, leading him to experience a profound sense of liberation from the constructed self.
This life-changing experience set him on a quest for meaning, finding his answers in his own experience guided by the principles of Non duality, Zen Buddhism, and the teachings of the legendary samurai Miyamoto Musashi.
Transformed by these experiences, Harri felt a strong calling to share these insights, guiding others towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the world.
His journey intertwines personal discovery with ancient wisdom, offering a unique perspective to those he guides in mindfulness and meditation.
Both Harri and Julia have meditated daily for more than 8 years and continue to do so today. They live their life from a place of stillness, truth and peace.
