🙏 Meditating together with others is a powerful experience.
Whether you are learning how to meditate or deepening your meditation, here you can practice how to find and keep true peace. How? By learning to be consciously present HERE and NOW.
In addition to the meditation, you can have a private conversation about your meditation practice with experienced Mindfulness and Meditation Coaches Julia and Harri Valkonen Moisei.
Apart from meditating together, let’s create a community of friends that are keen to support each other and share a sense of connection and oneness.

During the meditation time, you can go in a separate room and have an approximately 10 min. conversation with either Julia or Harri about your meditation practice – from how to meditate to challenges that appear during the meditation.

The meditation group shares a nondual understanding of life – being one with reality and not captivated by the mind’s continuous chatter conceptualising all experiences and, above all, creating a false sense of self that is condemned to live with its regrets and desires.
Instead, we can enjoy true freedom by realising the oneness of everything and, consequently, the peace and happiness that already are our natural, effortless experience.
Please bring comfortable clothes that allow you to sit cross-legged and stretch. You can also sit on a chair if you have any health conditions.

Julia’s life and work are deeply influenced by her 15 years long studies and training in Nonduality, Zen Buddhism, Mindfulness and Philosophy.
Having experienced anxiety, discontentment and feelings of being disconnected from others and herself, she has found a way out that brought her long-lasting peace and freedom.
Julia is sharing this understanding with others in her work as a Mindfulness and Meditation Coach.
𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐢
Harri experienced several extreme challenges in his life that demolished the core of his sense of self. At the moment, he lived, for the very first time without conceptualising reality, being totally free from the constructed, false sense of self. This embarked Harri on a journey searching for the meaning of this life-changing experience.
He found his answers in his own experience guided by the teachings of the great samurai Miyamoto Musashi, Nonduality and Zen Buddhism.
These had such a profound impact on his life that Harri felt the call to share these teachings with others who are interested.
🧘♀️ Both Harri and Julia have meditated daily for more than 8 years and continue to do so today. They organise retreats monthly and live their life from a place of stillness, truth and peace.
