Come relax your mind and body on Mondays at peaceful Lapinlahden Lähde. This is an easy meditation and body care class for everyone. We will start with an optional herbal tea and a short nature meditation which is different every week. After that we do simple relaxing exercises, streching and body care.
The event is organized by Kaupunkiluontokeskus (City nature center) and MIITTI. The class is held in English by Kaupunkiluontokeskus instructor and certified Forestmind guide Ilona Rautiainen. The location is Tallipääty room, which is the first door on the left as you enter the main building’s front yard.
Mind & Body Relax is happening Mondays at 14:15-15, until 11th of December. You can sign up by filling a form below the event. Up to 10 people can join. Kindly arrive at least five minutes before the class starts. Bring comfortable clothes.
