Performance dates for summer 2025 (taking weather into account):

☀️ Sat 16 August

⏰ Performance times are from 12:00 to 18:00. The maximum length of a single performance is 45 minutes. The events will be held on an outdoor stage in the park behind Omenapuutalo.

Lapinlahti Live! has been organized since 2019, and over the years we have seen hundreds of performers from different art forms. Now we are once again looking for new and familiar performers for our summer events. Participation is free of charge – and above all, it is an experience you will never forget.

Send us your application, including:
* A brief description of your performance and its genre
* A sample of your performance (e.g., audio or video)
* A brief introduction about yourself or your group
* Photos or other visual material
* Your preferred performance date and time

Poets, performance artists, and other performing artists are also warmly welcome – please include a sample of your work with your application!

Please note: Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee a performance slot for all applicants this year.

What do we offer
* High-quality sound equipment
* Food and drinks will be provided for performers
* The performance venue is the idyllic, communal, and green Lapinlahti Park area
There is no financial compensation for performing, but you are welcome to put out a hat, sell your own music or anything related to your performance. You can also advertise your services – we will take care of the arrangements, permits and communication. At the same time, the park will host the traditional Lapinlahti Park Flea Market, which attracts hundreds of city residents.

☔ Weather reservation: If the day is too rainy or cold, we will notify you of any cancellations via email.

Lapinlahti Live! events are organized by Pro Lapinlahti Mental Health Association and Katu ry.
