Autumn Trail in Lapinlahti park

Over the years, many nature trails have been designed for Lapinlahti Park. This year, the Lapinlahden Lähde City Nature Center has come up with ideas for the Spring Trail, Summer Trail, and most recently, Autumn Trail. Ilona will present the new trail in the Lapinlahti Park on Tuesday October 21st at 1pm–2.30pm. Join us and enjoy the wonderful autumn colors! Come and explore the Autumn Trail!
On this self-guided trail, you can get to know the culturally and historically significant Lapinlahti area and do some easy exercises that promote well-being. There are seven checkpoints along the trail, located along the walking paths near the allotment gardens, the Venetsia building, and the main building. The trail is easy to walk on, although it is not completely barrier-free due to the hilly terrain of the park. The trail is suitable for everyone and is also family-friendly. The checkpoints in the park are in Finnish, but this article includes a translated version with checkpoints in English that you can use in the park.
You can find the map in this article or at the first checkpoint along the park’s linden tree alley leading to the main building. You can also borrow a laminated map from Café Lähde, but remember to return it when you are done. More information about the trail can also be found on our website.
