Support Lapinlahti by buying Save Lapinlahti coffee

The Lapinlahti Foundation has been starting its fundraising. Now you can show your support for Lapinlahti by buying Save Lapinlahti coffee! You can find the coffee at Café Lähde (10,50 € / package).

Save Lapinlahti coffee is a dark roast coffee roasted by Metsäpaahtimo in Lapinlahti. It is grown on a family farm in India, and is currently available as beans and later also as powder from Café Lähde. For every packet of coffee, two euros will be donated to the Lapinlahti Foundation. 

The coffee packet is illustrated with one of the winning entries from last summer’s international “Save Lapinlahti with a poster” competition. The artwork was created by Jutta Kivilompolo. It depicts Lapinlahti park as an oasis of creativity in the heart of the city, where you can relax and find a sense of serenity. 

The Lapinlahti Foundation was established last year to raise funds to support mental health and cultural activities in the Lapinlahti region. The foundation also cherishes and protects the architectural and cultural history of the area and the natural values of the park. Secondarily, the foundation can also support non-profit mental health work in different parts of Finland.
