Tule mukaan tekemään päivän hyvä teko Lapinlahden puistoon! Hyvän mielen roskaretki on Lapinlahden Lähteen Kaupunkiluontokeskuksen uusi retkisarja, jossa nautitaan luonnosta, liikkumisesta ja poimitaan roskia porukalla. Tällä ensimmäisellä kerralla kohteena on Lapinlahden kaunis puisto ja lisäksi läheinen Hietaniemen hautausmaan alue. Tutkitaan yhdessä, minkä verran roskia alueelta löytyy ja mihin asti päästään. Retki on kaikille avoin ja ilmainen. Lainaamme retkeä varten roskapihdit osallistujille ja tuomme myös roskapussit. Mukaan tarvitset siis vain iloista mieltä ja halutessasi lisähanskat roskien poimintaan.

HUOM! Tapahtumaan on ennakkoilmoittautuminen, jotta osaamme varata roskapihtejä sopivasti. Voit ilmoittaa 1-2 henkilöä mukaan täyttämällä lomakkeen nettisivun tapahtuman alla. Teethän mahdollisen peruutuksen ajoissa sähköpostitse kaupunkiluontokeskus@lapinlahdenlahde.fi. Tapahtuman tullessa täyteen voi jonoon ilmoittautua sähköpostilla.

Tapaaminen tiistaina 17.3. klo 14 Lapinlahden Lähteen päärakennuksen kivetyllä etupihalla. Retkeä ohjaavat Kaupunkiluontokeskuksen ohjaaja/koordinaattori Ilona Rautiainen ja harjoittelijat Saara ja Viivi. Jaamme retken aluksi roskapihdit ja roskapussit osallistujille ja lyhyen ohjeistuksen jälkeen lähdetään yhdessä vapaata reittiä nauttimaan luonnosta ja poimimaan roskia. Retki päättyy noin klo 16. Voit olla mukana myös lyhyemmän aikaa, mutta muista ehdottomasti palauttaa roskapihdit takaisin. Halutessasi voit tuoda myös omat pihdit. Pukeudu lämpimästi ja sään mukaisesti. Retkellä on säävaraus myrskyn varalta, kevyt sade ei haittaa ja voidaan mennä lyhyempi reitti.

Come and do the good deed of the day in Lapinlahti Park! Hyvän mielen roskaretki is a new series of trips organized by Lapinlahden Lähde City Nature Centre, where you can enjoy nature, exercise and pick up trash together with others. The place for this first trip is the beautiful Lapinlahti Park and the nearby Hietaniemi Cemetery. Let’s see how much trash we can find in the area and how far we can get. The trip is open to everyone and free of charge. We will lend trash pickers to participants and bring trash bags. All you need to bring is a cheerful attitude and, if you wish, extra gloves for picking up trash.

PLEASE NOTE! There is advance registration for the event so that we can reserve enough trash pickers. You can register 1-2 people by filling out the form under the event on the website. Please send any cancellations in good time by email to kaupunkiluontokeskus@lapinlahdenlahde.fi. If the event is full, you can join the waiting list by email.

Meeting on Tuesday, March 17, at 2 p.m. in the paved front yard of the Lapinlahden Lähde main building. The trip will be led by City Nature Center instructor/coordinator Ilona Rautiainen and trainees Saara and Viivi. We will hand out trash pickers and trash bags to participants at the start of the trip, and after a quick briefing, we will set off together on a free route to enjoy nature and pick up trash. The trip ends around 4 p.m. You can also join us for a shorter period of time, but be sure to return the trash pickers. If you wish, you can also bring your own pickers. Dress warmly and according to the weather. The trip is weather-dependent in case of storms, but light rain is not a problem and we can take a shorter route.

The event is organized in cooperation with MIITTI, Pro Lapinlahti Mental Health Association, Lapinlahden Lähde, and the City of Helsinki. The activity has received a grant from the City of Helsinki.
