Autenttiset hosts an English-language Authentic Relating Games Night in Helsinki

The night is guided by Raj, who will lead interactive exercises that invite presence, honesty, and real contact — both with yourself and with others in the room.

Through a combination of paired, small-group, and full-group activities, we’ll create a shared space to pause, listen, and respond more consciously. The intention is not performance or “doing it right,” but noticing what’s alive and practicing empathy, clarity, and mutual understanding.

No previous experience with Authentic Relating is needed. If you’re curious about connection and open exploration, you’re already qualified.

Instructions for arriving at Valo-tila: We meet at Lapinlahti Old Hospital aka. Lapinlahden Lähde (Lapinlahdenpolku 8, 00180, Helsinki). Enter through the side door on the south side (Ruoholahti side) of the main building (see picture door: päärakennuksen sivuovi). Once inside, take the stairs on the left up one floor. Enter through the door on the right.
