Tervetuloa tutustumaan Lapinlahden Lähteen Kaupunkiluontokeskuksen toimintaan! Luontokeskus on toiminut vuodesta 2018, ja vuosien varrella olemme edistäneet kaupunkilaisten hyvinvointia luonnon avulla erilaisin keinoin. Suunnittelemme ja ohjaamme kaikille avoimia luontoon ja hyvinvointiin liittyviä tapahtumia, kuten luontoretkiä, luontoaiheista meditaatiota ja kehonhuoltoa, yhteisöviljelykerhoa ja lasten luontokerhoa, taide- ja askartelupajoja ja yhteistyötapahtumia.

Perjantaina 26.9. klo 13-16 voit tulla avoimiin oviin maalailemaan vesiväreillä ja muilla taidetarvikkeilla Metsämieli-teeman innoittamana. Esittelemme myös villiyrttejä ja luonnonkosmetiikkaa: voit nauttia yrttiteetä ja tehdä pienen kylpysuolapussin mukaasi (huom. materiaaleja rajallinen määrä, riittää ainakin kymmenelle). Voit myös tutustua kartalla menneisiin ja tuleviin retkikohteisiimme pääkaupunkiseudulla ja esittää toiveita. Tapahtuma on kaikille avoin ja ilmainen ja pyörii non-stop-periaatteella. Halutessasi voit tukea toimintaamme pienellä materiaalimaksulla. Ei tarvitse ilmoittautua ennakkoon, paitsi isommat ryhmät mielellään tiedustelu etukäteen [email protected]. Pajaan mahtuu kerrallaan maksimissaan 14 henkilöä istumaan.

Tapahtumapaikka on sisällä Valo-tilassa, joka sijaitsee Lapinlahden Lähteen päärakennuksen 2.kerroksessa. Ohjeet paikalle: Tule pääovista sisään, kävele eteenpäin Käytävägallerialle, käänny vasemmalle ja käytävän päässä ylös portaita. Valo-tilan ovi on portaiden päässä oikealla.

Welcome to explore the activities of the Lapinlahden Lähde City Nature Center! The nature center has been operating since 2018, and over the years we have promoted the well-being of city residents through nature in various ways. We plan and guide nature and well-being events that are open to everyone, such as nature trips, nature-themed meditation and body care, a community gardening club and a children’s nature club, art and craft workshops, and collaborative events.

On Friday, September 26, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., you are welcome to come to our open doors and paint with watercolors and other art supplies inspired by the Metsämieli theme. We will also be presenting wild herbs and natural cosmetics: you can enjoy herbal tea and make a small bath salt bag to take home with you (please note that materials are limited, but there will be enough for at least ten people). You can also check out our past and future trip destinations in the capital region on a map and make wishes. The event is open to everyone, free of charge, and runs non-stop. If you wish, you can support our activities with a small material fee. No advance registration is required, except for larger groups, which are kindly requested to inquire in advance at [email protected]. The workshop can seat a maximum of 14 people at a time.

The event will take place indoors in the Valo-tila, located on the second floor of the Lapinlahden Lähde main building. Directions: Enter through the main doors, walk straight ahead to the Corridor gallery, turn left and go up the stairs at the end of the corridor. The door to the Valo-tila is at the end of the stairs on the right.

The activity will be led in Finnish and English by the City Nature Center instructor Ilona Rautiainen. The activities have received funding from the City of Helsinki.
